What you will learn with us: In your three-year apprenticeship at KIND you will become an expert in acoustics, electronics, anatomy, audiology and psychology. In the specialist store you will experience what matters in fair, transparent and competent advice. We teach you the know-how for all manual and technical tasks related to hearing systems. This includes determining the individual hearing ability of your customers using hearing tests, creating three-dimensional ear impressions or adjusting hearing aids. In addition to practical training in the specialist store, you will attend vocational school in Lübeck for 8 blocks of 3–5 weeks each.

What characterizes you: You enjoy giving people more quality of life. You are manually skilled and enjoy practical work. Technology and digitalization inspire you. You have a good understanding of physics and biology and open interaction with people of all ages comes naturally to you. You can communicate confidently in German – both written and spoken. Your German language skills are therefore at least B2 level, C1 knowledge is an advantage.
