In your three-year apprenticeship at KIND you will become an expert in acoustics, electronics, anatomy, audiology, and psychology; in the specialist store you will learn what matters for fair, transparent, and competent advice; we teach you the know-how for all manual and technical tasks related to hearing systems. This includes, among other things, determining the individual hearing ability of your customers using hearing tests, creating three-dimensional ear impressions, or adjusting hearing aids; alongside the practical training in the specialist store, you attend vocational school in Lübeck for 8 blocks of 3–5 weeks each

You enjoy giving people more quality of life; you are manually skilled and enjoy practical work; technology and digitalization inspire you; you have a good understanding of physics and biology and are comfortable dealing with people of all ages; you can communicate confidently in German – both written and spoken. Your German skills are therefore at least B2 level, C1 is an advantage
