What you'll learn with us: In your three-year apprenticeship at KIND, you'll become an expert in acoustics, electronics, anatomy, audiology, and psychology. In the specialist store, you'll experience what matters for fair, transparent, and competent consulting. We teach you the know-how for all craft and technical tasks around hearing systems. This includes determining individual hearing ability of your customers using hearing tests, creating three-dimensional ear impressions, or adjusting hearing aids. Besides practical training in the specialist store, you attend vocational school in Lübeck for 8 blocks of 3–5 weeks.

You enjoy giving people more quality of life. You're manually skilled and enjoy practical work. Technology and digitalization excite you. You have a good understanding of physics and biology, and open interaction with people from young to old suits you. You can communicate confidently in German – written and spoken. Your German skills are therefore at least B2 level, C1 knowledge is an advantage.

After apprenticeship, it continues: If you've convinced us with your commitment and performance, we guarantee takeover and you'll have diverse development opportunities. In addition to your apprentice salary, you receive a BahnCard 50, a permanent increase in your apprentice salary for well-passed exams, and discounts for you and your relatives on our products. Even during vocational school blocks in Lübeck, you're well taken care of – costs for travel, accommodation, and meals are covered by us. At our modern KIND Campus in Burgwedel, we prepare you optimally for your exam, and the e-Campus accompanies you with exciting digital training through the apprenticeship.
