Digital Workplace Services Specialist

Responsible for first-level support and the support, installation, configuration, rollout and maintenance of IT hardware and software in the digital workplace.

Act as the first point of contact for hardware and software problems; provide first-level support for end users independently; support the installation, configuration, testing, rollout and commissioning of hardware and software; independently install software packages and maintain the internal IT asset database; prepare, install, hand over and maintain IT assets.

Completed IT training or comparable further education with relevant professional experience in IT service desk, support or digital workplace; experience in customer service and first-level support is an advantage; confident use of various Windows and Office versions; quick comprehension and the ability to act entrepreneurially; strong self-motivation and an affinity for IT; ability to work in a team and a solution-oriented working approach.
