Successful secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or equivalent school qualification. Alternatively, a lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) with an already successfully completed two-year vocational training. Enjoyment of working with patients, social competence, perseverance and willingness to learn. Interest in healthcare and various medical specialties. Good German language skills (minimum B2).
