Apprenticeship as Merchant in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management - Start 2027

The Kloska Group is a service partner and leading system supplier for shipping, shipyards, on-/offshore, industry, construction and crafts with about 800 employees at 30 locations in Germany and abroad. As a general ship outfitter for cruise, ferry and merchant shipping, Kloska Rostock GmbH offers an extensive maritime service portfolio ranging from provisions, technical and stores deliveries to logistics services. In addition, nets for industry and fisheries are designed and manufactured on a proprietary net floor. As a technical outfitter, the company serves industrial companies, shipyards and craft businesses with a versatile supply program. For the training start on 01.08.2027, we are looking for motivated trainees who want to learn the profession of merchant in wholesale and foreign trade management with us. During your apprenticeship, you will rotate through all company areas and thus learn the interrelationships between the individual departments of the company. The focus is on the purchasing, sales, administration, warehouse/logistics and accounting departments. Here you will learn, among other things, how goods from various manufacturers are procured in large quantities and delivered to our customers on time.

Participation in negotiation meetings; Customer contact via email, phone and in person; Commercial control of processes and work with merchandise management systems; Monitoring of logistics processes; Support with all daily tasks in the departments; Use of e-business systems for resource planning and processing of customer orders

At least a good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss); Good numerical understanding; Basic knowledge of IT programs (MS Office); Enthusiasm for trade and willingness to take responsibility and work independently; Good communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with customers; Enjoyment of teamwork; Foreign language skills (e.g. English) are an advantage
