Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade - Start 2027

The Kloska Group is a service partner and leading system supplier for shipping, shipyards, on-/offshore, industry, construction and crafts with around 800 employees at 30 locations in Germany and abroad. For the training start on 01.08.2027 we are looking for a motivated trainee (m/f/d) who wants to learn the profession of Management Assistant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade (m/f/d) with us. During your apprenticeship you will rotate through all company divisions and thus learn the interconnections between the individual departments. The focus is on purchasing, sales, administration, warehouse/logistics and accounting. You will learn, among other things, how goods from various manufacturers are procured in large quantities and delivered to our customers on time.

Participation in negotiation meetings; Customer contact via mail, phone and in person; Commercial control of processes and work with merchandise management systems; Monitoring of logistics processes; Support with all daily tasks in the departments; Use of e-business systems for resource planning and processing of customer orders

At least a good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss); Good numerical understanding; Basic knowledge of IT programs (MS Office); Enthusiasm for trade and willingness to take responsibility and work independently; Good communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with customers; Enjoyment of teamwork; Foreign language skills (e.g. English) are an advantage
