Group Data Specialist PLM

In the area of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you are responsible for the continuous further development of data management in an international corporate environment. You create the basis for data-driven decisions, effective product portfolio management, meaningful reporting, reliable data governance, and global transformation initiatives such as "Program Evolution" at group level. You further develop standards for product data, group-wide product management KPIs, and data quality requirements, taking into account regulatory topics such as the Digital Product Passport (DPP). Through the continuous optimization of data structures, processes, and standards, you sustainably improve the quality, consistency, and transparency of product data. With your sound data, analysis, and project management expertise, you make a significant contribution to the future-oriented design of PLM data management.

You have a successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, data analysis, or a comparable field - ideally with a focus on data management or product management. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in data management, business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a comparable function, and also have experience in creating dashboards with Tableau as well as basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R. A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you just as much as your strong communication and team skills. You convince through initiative, sense of responsibility, and the ability to convey complex relationships understandably and to coordinate different stakeholders securely. Good German and very good English skills round off your profile.
