You support the further development of the potential-oriented sales approach and thus make an active contribution to the further development of Commercial Excellence and Sales Transformation. In doing so, you analyze customer, market and sales data to identify potentials and create evaluations, dashboards and decision-making bases for sales and management on this basis. In addition, you take over the maintenance and further development of KPI systems and sales reports and participate in the introduction of new sales processes, methods and digital tools. Another focus is the support of training, release further development as well as training concepts, workshops and enablement measures within the framework of Leading for Impact. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by supporting account management, pipeline management and key customer initiatives, taking on independent sub-projects and close cooperation with sales, marketing, customer service and digital.

You have a successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have initial professional experience in sales, service, commercial excellence, business analytics, consulting or project management, preferably in the manufacturing industry or building materials trade. A pronounced understanding of numbers and data as well as interest in sales controlling, CRM systems and digital business models sets you apart. You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and also have sound skills in database analysis. Personally, you convince with a structured way of working, high self-initiative, strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration.
