Field Service Machine Vision Expert

Körber's Markt Schwaben site develops and builds inspection machines and automation systems for the pharmaceutical industry. As a field service machine vision expert, you provide technical support to international customers and help keep their inspection machines running reliably.

• Provide fast, professional technical service to international customers
• Install, modify, maintain and service inspection machines
• Train customers' employees to commission and operate the machines
• Provide technical advice on services to support sales
• Document service visits

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably in mechatronics, machine vision, electrical engineering or information electronics
• Ideally, a bachelor's or master's degree in physics or optical systems and some initial professional experience
• Analytical skills and a structured, independent approach to work
• Strong customer service skills and communication skills
• Good spoken and written English to communicate with customers
• Good PC skills
• Willingness to travel frequently and a class 3 or B driving licence
• A high level of commitment and flexibility
