The Abitur graduate programme at ALDI SÜD leads to three qualifications in three years: retail clerk, state-certified retail business manager (Handelsfachwirt) and trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO). From the 18th month you can take on leadership responsibility as a trainee.

• Presenting and caring for goods: You ensure not only the excellent quality of our products but also that they always look appealing – from fresh fruit to great promotional items.
• Checking out customers and rocking the till: You are the friendly face that helps our customers with their shopping – safely, quickly and coolly.
• Creating special shopping experiences: Your service makes the difference. You respond empathetically to customers' wishes and create a great atmosphere while shopping.
• Organising the stockroom and carrying out inventories: You look after the goods in storage, keep things tidy and keep track during inventories – teamwork and support are needed here.
• And the best part? From the 18th month you take responsibility for inventory management and store organisation – so you can really use your strengths!

• Convincing Abitur or Fachabitur: Start straight away on 1 August if you already have the university entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences in Germany.
