Abitur Programme in Store Operations - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur programme you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. In the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification comes on top.

• Apprenticeship as a retail clerk, followed by further training as a Handelsfachwirt
• Take charge of goods processes from ordering to sale and the customers' shopping experience
• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and stocktaking
• Help evaluate business figures, e.g. your store's sales

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it.
• You want to learn more about ordering, selling our goods and our range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire them with your strong communication.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
