Technical Training Coordinator

The Komax Group is a pioneer and market leader in automated wire processing, a globally active Swiss company with more than 50 companies and 3500 employees across five continents. A Technical Training Coordinator is sought in Grafenau.

• Structuring and systematically preparing existing training materials and training areas
• Creating and continuously developing training content for internal and external training offers
• Planning, organizing and delivering technical and methodical-didactic training for employees, sales partners and customers in German and English
• Developing, preparing and providing structured training packages and modular training offers
• Standardizing, harmonizing and continuously optimizing training processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Taking responsibility as process owner for training management, including continuous development of the processes
• Building, maintaining and continuously developing a central training matrix showing qualification levels and training needs
• Systematic follow-up of training measures through documentation, feedback evaluation and effectiveness analysis for lasting quality assurance

• Completed technical, commercial or media-related vocational training with relevant specialist further education, or a completed degree in a relevant field
• Alternatively, a comparable qualification with relevant work experience in training, service or technical environments
• Additional qualification in training, knowledge transfer, didactics or similar is desirable
• Experience in designing, organizing or delivering training and courses
• Ideally experience working with international target groups
• Knowledge of digital training formats (e.g. videos, tutorials, e-learning)
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Structured, independent and process-oriented way of working
• Confident and professional manner
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Willingness to travel internationally for business
