HR Generalist

• Strategic and operational management of the entire HR area
• Management, development and advice of employees and executives
• Responsibility for recruiting, employer branding and talent management
• Control of personnel development, training and succession planning
• Design and implementation of change, culture and organisational development measures
• Ensuring efficient HR processes and labour law compliance
• Budget responsibility, HR controlling and reporting to management
• Responsibility for occupational safety, health management and external HR cooperations
• Active participation in strategic corporate development and in the international HR network

• Successfully completed degree with focus on HR
• Alternatively successfully completed commercial training with further education in HR, for example as certified HR specialist or HR officer, supplemented by several years of professional experience and a sound specialisation in HR topics
• At least 5-10 years of professional experience desirable
• Very good German and English skills
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and payroll software (ideally IGF/Datev/SAP)
• Good intercultural understanding
• Good communication skills with high persuasiveness
• Reliable personality with pronounced organisational talent, high employer loyalty
