Apprenticeship IT Specialist for System Integration

During your apprenticeship at Komm.ONE you will learn to plan, install, and reliably operate or administer complex IT systems. As a service provider, you will advise internal departments and our customers on the use of suitable hardware and software, build systems, network them, and put them into operation. Creating system documentation, training users, and the regular maintenance and adaptation of systems to new requirements are also part of your daily work. When technical faults occur, you will use modern expert and diagnostic tools to find the cause and ensure everything runs again. The apprenticeship starts on 1 September 2027 and usually lasts three years; it can be shortened to two and a half years by applying for early admission to the final exam if certain requirements are met.

Plan, install, and reliably operate or administer complex IT systems; advise internal departments and customers on hardware and software; build, network, and commission systems; create system documentation; train users; perform regular maintenance and adapt systems to new requirements; diagnose and resolve technical faults using modern expert and diagnostic tools.

• At least a secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss)
• At least good German language skills (CEFR level B2)
• Good mathematics skills
• Interest in IT topics, data processing, or experience and enjoyment in working with computers and software
• Enjoyment of teamwork and strong communication skills
• Independence and commitment
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to be mobile, as some training phases may take place at other locations
