Metalworking: Welding, turning, milling, grinding, joining, and forming with modern tools and machines. Construction and assembly: Building and assembling steel and metal structures. Precision work: Millimeter-precise cutting, bending, and bolting of steel girders and sheets. Work planning: Selecting suitable machines and planning work processes and manufacturing methods. Transport and lifting technology: Proper use of transport equipment and lifting gear for large components. 📚 Training facts: Start: September 2027. Duration: 3.5 years (shortening possible with good performance). Training form: dual system with vocational school and on-the-job training.

Tariff-bound training remuneration: currently 1,303 € in the 1st up to 1,497 € in the 4th apprenticeship year (Metal Tariff NRW). 35-hour week. 30 days vacation and tariff-based special leave days.
