Whether containers or coal, pallets or entire wind turbines: worldwide, wherever materials and loads are moved, we are there with our crane systems and lifting equipment. In Würzburg, we build, among other things, straddle carriers for ports worldwide, and you are involved from the start. 🔧 What you learn with us: Metalworking: processing metal and steel with various tools and machines. Assembly: assembly of mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. Control and automation technology: installation of control software, networks, and bus systems for (semi-)automated cranes. Maintenance and repair: inspection and maintenance of systems and connections. Modern crane technology: structure and functionality of our straddle carriers – from mechanics to automated control. International practice: occasional assignments at international port construction sites. 📚 Apprenticeship facts: Start: September 2027. Duration: 3.5 years (shortening possible with good performance). Apprenticeship form: dual system with vocational school and on-the-job training. Qualifications: What you bring: Successful school leaving certificate or graduation soon. Enjoyment of numbers and interest in math and natural sciences. Enthusiasm for technology, machines, and metalworking. Manual dexterity and good spatial imagination. Careful, reliable work ethic and joy in responsibility. Curiosity, own ideas, and fun working in a team. 🌟 What we offer you: Collectively agreed training remuneration: currently €1,303 in the 1st to €1,497 in the 4th apprenticeship year (Metal Tariff NRW). 35-hour week. 30 days vacation and collectively agreed special leave days.
