About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Working in our modern care facilities
- Placements according to the training plan with the partner school
- Getting to know the different areas of nursing
- Ensuring the life satisfaction of our residents
- Helping implement the care concept and care standards
- Helping organise needs-based cultural and leisure activities
Requirements
- Successful Realschulabschluss and/or ideally a completed training as a one-year qualified nursing assistant (f/m/d)
- Experience in nursing desirable
- Interest in the holistic care of our residents
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and commitment
- Flexibility, reliability and enjoyment of communicating
