What You'll Learn
- Your tasks in the Ausbildung as a Nursing Assistant (w/m/d) with us
- Collaboration in our modern care facilities
- Support of nursing specialists in the care and supervision of our residents and clients
- Ensuring the life satisfaction of our residents and clients
- Getting to know the different work areas in nursing
- Participation in the implementation of the care concept, care standards, and digital care documentation
- Support in organizing needs-based cultural and leisure activities
- After completing the Ausbildung, taking on treatment-related nursing and shift coordination tasks
Requirements
- What you bring as an apprentice for a Nursing Assistant (m/f/d)
- Successful Hauptschulabschluss
- Enjoyment of the holistic care of our residents and clients
- Strong teamwork skills as well as high motivation and resilience
- Empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and at night
