Nursing Assistant Apprenticeship, starting 1 March 2027

One or two year nursing assistant apprenticeship at Korian in Jena. You put your knowledge into practice and support a professional nursing team. Career changers are welcome, and dedicated practical training support is provided.

• Work in modern care facilities.
• Support qualified nursing staff in caring for residents and clients.
• Help ensure residents and clients are satisfied with their lives.
• Learn about the different areas of care work.
• Help put the care approach, care standards and digital care records into practice.
• Help organise cultural and leisure activities that meet people's needs.
• After completing the apprenticeship, take on prescribed nursing care tasks and shift coordination duties.

• Some initial experience in care and a wish to build on it with theoretical knowledge.
• Successfully completed lower secondary school qualification.
• Enjoyment of providing care that meets all the needs of residents and clients.
• Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and the ability to cope with demanding work.
• Empathy, reliability and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights.
