As a gerontopsychiatric specialist, you lovingly take care of preparing and running individual and group care for people in need of care in a nursing home.
What You'll Learn
- Individual and activating social care of our residents
- Preparing and running individual and group care with our residents
- Support with managing everyday life
- Implementing care documentation and planning
- Close contact with residents, relatives and doctors
- Compliance with quality assurance measures
- Helping to professionally guide and support nursing assistants, trainees and interns
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in geriatric care or general health and nursing care
- Additional qualification as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (f/m/d)
- Joy in working with older people in need of care
- Empathy and a sense of responsibility
