• Planning and implementation of individual and group activities according to individual preferences and interests of our clients
• Documentation and evaluation of corresponding activities for our clients
• Organization of parties, events, and excursions
• Responsibility for environmental design in the facility (oriented to seasons and festivals)
• Ensuring biography collection as part of home admission
• Development and implementation of concepts
• Motivation, promotion, and further development of employees
• Co-responsibility for duty scheduling
• Participation in home admissions as a substitute
• Initially fixed-term / maternity and parental leave replacement

• Requirement: Nursing assistant with experience / family caregiver / social care worker
• If possible, experience in organizing and conducting care activities
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Enjoy working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Socially motivated personality, empathy, and leadership skills
• Confident demeanor combined with communication skills
