About this Apprenticeship
Korian is looking for nursing assistants for the Curanum Geseke care home: a collegial team with a family atmosphere and good shift planning.
What You'll Learn
- Work in our modern care facilities
- Support the nursing professionals in caring for our residents
- Ensure our residents' quality of life and satisfaction
- Help implement the care concept, care standards and digital care documentation
- Support the organization of needs-based cultural and leisure activities
- Take on medical treatment care and shift coordination tasks
Requirements
- Completed one-year training as a nursing assistant
- Enjoyment of providing holistic care for our residents
- Strong teamwork skills as well as high motivation and resilience
- Empathy, reliability and strong communication skills
- Willingness to also work weekends and nights
