About this Apprenticeship
Korian is seeking a qualified care assistant in Hainichen to support nursing staff and care for residents. The role also includes treatment-related care, shift coordination and helping with leisure activities.
What You'll Learn
- Work in our modern care facilities
- Support qualified nursing staff in caring for and looking after our residents
- Help ensure our residents are satisfied with their lives
- Help put the care plan, care standards and digital care records into practice
- Help organise cultural and leisure activities that meet residents' needs
- Carry out treatment-related care and shift coordination duties
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified care assistant
- Enjoyment of caring for all aspects of our residents' needs
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and ability to cope with demanding work
- Empathy, reliability and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work at weekends and at night
