What You'll Learn
- Participation in our modern care facilities
- Support of nursing staff in the care and support of our residents
- Ensuring the life satisfaction of our residents
- Participation in the implementation of the care concept, care standards and digital care documentation
- Support in the organization of needs-based cultural and leisure activities
- Assumption of treatment care and shift coordination tasks
Requirements
- Completed one-year training as a Nursing Assistant
- Joy in holistic care of our residents
- Strong teamwork skills as well as high motivation and resilience
- Empathy, reliability and communication skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and at night
