About this Apprenticeship
As a qualified nurse at Korian in Chemnitz, you care for residents and work closely with their families, doctors and your team. Your role includes nursing care, digital records and guiding care assistants and trainees.
What You'll Learn
- Improve our residents' lives through your work and contribute to something meaningful, even through small acts.
- Carry out standard elderly care duties, including giving medication, providing nursing care and keeping digital records.
- Maintain trusting relationships with relatives, doctors and colleagues.
- Provide professional and personal guidance to care assistants, apprentices and interns.
- Use your expertise and creativity to help shape residents' daily activities.
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse
- Alternatively, another completed vocational qualification in elderly care or general nursing
- A high level of empathy and a respectful attitude towards others
