• You bundle and coordinate relative work and act as a mediator
• You develop strategies with your team for dealing with relatives
• Onboarding and guidance of trainees, nursing specialists and social care staff, observation of trainees and nursing specialists
• Accompaniment and moderation of case discussions
• Cooperation with local offers for relative relief, planning and design of relative meetings
• As an expert in your field you get the opportunity to contribute creatively with us

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist (f/m/d), health and nurse (f/m/d) or certified geriatric nurse (f/m/d)
• Alternatively another completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
• A high degree of empathy and respectful interaction
