Registered Nurse as Tour Manager in Care

As a tour manager (f/m/d) you are a registered nurse in a Korian facility that has already switched to PeBeM, and part of a team that loves and lives care.

• You coordinate duty rosters, manage staff absences and optimize tour planning
• You help update care levels and ensure correct classification
• Through your work you enrich the lives of our residents and are part of something big, even in small ways
• You take on classic elderly care tasks such as medication distribution, care activities and digital documentation
• You maintain trusting contact with relatives, doctors and colleagues
• You guide assistants, trainees and interns professionally and personally
• As an expert in your field you can contribute creatively to shaping daily life

• Completed training as a registered nurse (f/m/d)
• Alternatively, another completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing care
• A high level of empathy and respectful cooperation
• Experience in tour or deployment planning is an advantage
