About this Apprenticeship
Korian is seeking a qualified nurse for permanent night shifts in Bad Hersfeld. You support residents in their daily lives and work closely with the care team.
What You'll Learn
- Improve residents' lives through your work.
- Carry out standard elderly care duties, such as giving medication, providing care and keeping digital records.
- Build trusting relationships with relatives, doctors and colleagues.
- Guide care assistants, apprentices and interns in both their work and their approach to people.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (f/m/d).
- Alternatively, another completed vocational qualification in elderly care or general nursing.
- A high level of empathy and respectful treatment of others.
- You prefer working night shifts.
