About this Apprenticeship
As a qualified nurse in Korian's home care service, you support people at home and help maintain, restore and improve their quality of life.
What You'll Learn
- Build trust with clients and colleagues through responsible and respectful care
- Improve clients' lives through your personal commitment and contribute to a larger purpose
- Give medication, provide nursing care and keep digital records, while maintaining contact with relatives, doctors and colleagues
- Provide skilled and supportive guidance to care assistants, trainees and interns
- Use your expertise and creativity to help shape clients' daily lives
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (all genders)
- Alternatively, another completed vocational qualification in elderly care or general nursing
- A high level of empathy and a respectful approach to others
- A category B driving licence
