Quality Officer in Nursing Care

• Support of internal and external audits
• Implementation of quality assurance measures within our quality management
• Close exchange with the facility management and Total Quality Management
• Contributing to ensuring high care quality in compliance with legal requirements
• Helping shape the care and support process
• Applying current nursing and scientific findings in daily work

• Completed vocational training in geriatric care or health and nursing care
• Further training as a quality officer (f/m/d) is an advantage, or interest in completing it with full cost coverage by us
• Enjoyment of working with elderly people and people in need of care
• Communication talent, reliability and commitment
