During the 3-year apprenticeship, you attend the vocational college for business and administration in block lessons in Siegen.

Good technical college entrance qualification (Fachoberschulreife), Abitur, or Fachabitur; First experiences, e.g., through business internships; Interest in entrepreneurial processes; Enjoyment of further development; Sense of responsibility and willingness to perform; Reliability, communication skills, and teamwork; Interest in the beverage industry and enthusiasm for our product diversity
