About this Apprenticeship
K+S trainee programme in finance, accounting and controlling. Over 18 to 24 months, you explore different finance functions and prepare for a specialist position.
What You'll Learn
- You help shape processes, support important decisions and gain practical experience.
- You explore the different aspects of finance at K+S, from controlling and accounting to treasury, taxes and insurance.
- You work on projects, help manage the company's finances and develop a deep understanding of economic connections and strategic decisions.
- You complete practical placements in different departments.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant subject, such as Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Business Mathematics, or a comparable subject.
- A passion for numbers, how the economy works and finance topics.
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Openness to international teamwork and enjoyment of exchanging ideas across cultures.
