Industrial Mechanic / Mechatronics Technician - Pump Test Field

KSB is a world-leading manufacturer of pumps, valves and systems. In the test field you make sure the pumps meet customers' high quality and performance requirements. You work independently, take responsibility and are the link between production, quality and customer.

• Independently set up pumps on test stands and make the required electrical connections
• Carry out hydraulic pump tests, pressure tests and function tests and evaluate the results
• Support customer acceptance tests together with the specialist departments, on site and digitally
• Document measured values and test results in the systems and ensure complete documentation
• Release pumps according to defined work instructions and help analyze deviations
• During rework, carry out assembly, disassembly, cleaning and preservation work on the pumps
• Work closely with assembly, design, shipping and technical order processing
• Support maintenance and conversion work in the test field
• Take part in TPM, KVP and 5S activities and follow quality and safety standards

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or comparable technical training
• First work experience in a production, assembly or testing environment is an advantage
• Independent, careful and responsible way of working
• Teamwork, reliability and flexibility
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and to support neighboring areas
• Knowledge of pump technology is an advantage but not a requirement
• English skills are desirable
• Qualification as an electrically skilled person for defined tasks is an advantage; if you do not have it yet, KSB helps you obtain it
