As a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d), you will ensure that goods arrive at all transport hubs around the world in the right quantity and quality, on time and cost-effectively. You will become perfectly familiar with shipping, transshipment, warehousing and processes, and use our information and communication technologies to transport important goods safely – whether from Shanghai to Hamburg or from Bremen to Munich. It’s up to you to make sure everything arrives!

You will become a goods hero and take over the national and international planning, organization and optimization of land, sea and air transports. You will create transport documents, take care of the insurance of goods and ensure compliance with customs regulations. You will learn to calculate prices, write offers and process customer orders. You will work daily with colleagues and customers at home and abroad, thereby automatically improving your English skills.

Enjoy dealing with people and new technologies. Lively interest and curiosity about the world and what moves it. Great pleasure in working on the PC and solving logistical challenges. A reliable, customer-oriented team player personality with strong planning and organizational talent. Secondary school diploma or (technical) university entrance qualification. Good German and English skills, mathematics and geography are also your strengths – you can manage even without Excel and Google Maps.
