As a Commercial Clerk for Office Management (f/m/d) you will run our office and be the organizational and commercial-administrative heart at Kühne+Nagel. You will coordinate all processes and know the office inside out – something both your colleagues and our customers will particularly appreciate.

You will actively participate in daily business and receive your own administrative tasks with responsibility from the start. You will support your colleagues in the creation of presentations, statistics, evaluations or other documents. You will handle internal and external correspondence, procure office supplies and plan and coordinate appointments. You will take on varied logistics-related tasks, mail processing and the processing of invoices.

Enjoyment of dealing with people and communication. A solution- and service-oriented team player personality with a structured way of working. Flexible organizational talent with enthusiasm for the world of office organization – here you feel professionally at home. Great joy in learning and working on the PC. Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or technical college/university entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife/Hochschulreife). Good German and English skills, mathematics and geography are also your strengths – you can also manage without Excel and Google Maps sometimes.
