You will gain experience in process optimization, lean management, key figure analysis, and change management. Even during your studies, you will take on responsibility and lay the foundation for your further development, for example as a Process Engineer at Kühne+Nagel. Parallel to your dual studies, you will be trained as a management assistant for forwarding and logistics services. In contract logistics, we move not only goods but also processes, ideas, and people. As a dual student, you will work on projects that make our sites a little better every day. You will analyze processes, develop solutions for real challenges, and shape the logistics of tomorrow together with our operational teams.

You will participate in projects to further develop our contract logistics sites and learn how innovative ideas can be integrated into existing processes; You will support the design of warehouse layouts, material flows, and inventory strategies, learning methods such as ABC analysis; You will accompany change processes and help establish new standards together with operational teams in daily business; You will take responsibility for preparing and conducting training sessions and support the sustainable anchoring of new processes and standards in the operation; You will learn how key figures are used to control processes and how investment decisions are prepared; You will be in regular exchange with operational teams, connecting academic content from your studies with real challenges in contract logistics, thus actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
