Intern in Back Office Promissory Notes

You dive straight into the daily business of a large universal bank, work on real cases and gain experience for your career. Location: Stuttgart, unit BO Schuldscheine (promissory notes), duration 5 to 6 months, start date by agreement.

• Daily operations: responsibility in processing new business and support in daily operations with bookings, mail handling, entering customer and account data and submitting deeds
• Lifecycle management of promissory notes and registered securities: supporting transactions over their whole lifecycle and managing holdings (e.g. early repayments, assignments)
• Special tasks and analyses: handling enquiries, creating reports and ad-hoc topics, using AI-supported research and analysis tools where useful
• Process improvement: identifying room for improvement and testing automations together with the team

• Studying business administration (ideally with a focus on bank management or business law), at least the 1st year of the bachelor's completed
• First practical banking experience is an advantage but not required
• Work style: independent, reliable, careful
• Personality: committed, goal-oriented, open to new things and a team player
• Enjoying working with data and modern tools (ideally with first experience or interest in AI-supported applications) is a plus
