Clerk for Commercial Building Management

Permanent full-time position in the Building and Property Office of the Bodenseekreis district office, starting immediately. The position can in principle be shared (job sharing).

• Helping with the purchase and sale of real estate
• Processing property rights
• Helping with tenders under UVgO and VgV for building management
• Quality management in building cleaning
• Helping with contract management for hereditary lease, design, use and rental contracts, and property acquisition

• a completed degree or comparable qualification with a focus on real estate, business or public administration (e.g. business graduate) or a qualification as administrative specialist
• You are a committed, confident, friendly and conflict-resilient person with good IT skills and service and customer orientation
• ideally you have knowledge of property and land register law and hereditary building rights
• Driver's license class B
