A completed degree as a social pedagogue or social worker with state recognition, a completed degree as a childhood pedagogue or educational scientist, or a completed university degree as a curative educator with state recognition; alternatively, employment references and certificates of further training demonstrating equivalent skills and experience; basic requirement in this case is a completed university degree with a social or pedagogical focus and at least six semesters of standard study period; Interest in qualified counseling and support of families, children, and adolescents; Personal responsibility and team skills as well as flexibility; Enjoyment of trusting, transparent, and appreciative collaboration; Class B driver's license and willingness to use own car for official trips with cost reimbursement
