Social Pedagogue for the Social Service for People with Disabilities Part-Time

You support people with disabilities in recognizing their individual needs and abilities and enable participation in social life. In the Social Welfare Office, Department of Benefits for People with Disabilities for Participation in Society, the following position is to be filled as soon as possible.

You advise people with disabilities with a focus on children and adolescents to ensure effective participation in social life; You determine individual support needs and create participation and overall plans; You participate in participation and overall plan conferences; You contribute to the selection of suitable aids; You cooperate with service providers and other funding bodies.

A completed degree as a social pedagogue or social worker with state recognition or in a degree program that matches the above tasks; alternatively, employment references and proof of further training demonstrating equivalent skills and experience; an additional qualification in special education or curative education or knowledge in developmental psychology is desirable; commitment to advising and accompanying people with disabilities; Class B driver's license and willingness to use own car for official trips with expense reimbursement; immunity against measles (Measles Protection Act).
