Payroll Accountant / Payroll Clerk

Lehleiter is looking for a payroll accountant / payroll clerk (m/f/d) to run payroll independently and support clients.

• Independently carry out payroll accounting
• You are the contact person for our clients' varied questions on payroll and social insurance topics
• Maintain payroll accounts and personnel files, master data upkeep, and handle communication with the tax authority, health insurers and agencies

• A completed apprenticeship as a tax clerk or bookkeeper, or alternatively another commercial qualification, ideally further training as a payroll specialist, payroll assistant or payroll accountant
• At least two years of professional experience in payroll accounting as a payroll clerk
• Experience in a tax firm is desirable
• Good knowledge of wage tax and social insurance law
• You see yourself as a payroll specialist
• Good MS Office skills, ideally good DATEV knowledge
• Interest in current digitalisation topics in payroll accounting
• Enjoyment of service-oriented work
