You learn how to create stable and durable structures. You refurbish concrete parts of all kinds and work with concrete and steel, the most important building materials of our time. You reinforce bridges and apply sealing layers. You use modern machines and technologies that make your work easier. You check the load-bearing capacity of concrete parts and ensure their shape.

Manual dexterity: You like to get stuck in, enjoy physical work, and find it exciting to understand technical processes. Participation in construction projects: Working outdoors is exactly your thing, especially when you can contribute to impressive construction projects. Technical interest: You enjoy working with machines, tools, and equipment. Team player through and through: Collaboration with others motivates you and you are reliable when it counts. Language and understanding: You speak German, at least at level B2.

Attractive remuneration: The training allowance starts at €1,122 in the first year and increases up to €1,610 in the third year. Additionally, there is vacation pay, a 13th month salary, and a profit-sharing bonus. Mobility: We support you with a monthly travel allowance of €60 and subsidize your driver's license (Class L or B). We also provide you with a free driving safety training. Learning with modern technology: You receive your own laptop for the entire training period. Fitness and health: With our membership at Hansefit and EGYM Wellpass, you train at discounted rates in gyms nationwide. Experiences and community: Apprentice rounds, excursions, and social projects strengthen team spirit and make your training varied and exciting. For your future: We cover your accommodation costs during external training phases, offer meal allowances beyond the collective agreement, and a company pension.
