Manual dexterity, enjoyment of physical work and technical understanding; interest in outdoor work and in using machines, tools and equipment; teamwork and reliability; German language skills at least at B2 level.

Apprenticeship pay from 1,122 euros in the first year up to 1,610 euros in the third year; vacation allowance, 13th-month salary and profit-sharing; 60-euro monthly travel allowance, support with a Category L or B driving licence and free safe-driving training; own laptop; discounted memberships at Hansefit and EGYM Wellpass; trainee meetings, trips and social projects; accommodation costs covered during external training phases, meal allowances and company pension.
