• 3 qualifications in 3 years: With our high school graduate program you combine the apprenticeship 'Retail Salesperson' with the further education 'Certified Retail Specialist IHK' and additionally obtain the 'AdA Certificate' according to AEVO – your goal: future as a store manager leading your own team
• During practical phases in the store you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness
• Whether in goods shelving and presentation, disposition or at the checkout: You pitch in and are fully committed
• In addition, we prepare you for staff leadership so that you can soon take over your first own shift
• For further development of your skills you participate in various trainings and seminars – and also acquire the IHK trainer certificate
• Theory phases take place in block lessons at an external education center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)

• High school diploma or technical college entrance qualification (completed theoretical and practical part)
