Graduate Program Sales incl. Retail Business Manager 2027

With Lidl's Abitur graduate program you combine the retail sales apprenticeship with the Certified Retail Business Manager (IHK) qualification and the AdA certificate under AEVO. Your goal: leading your own team as a store manager. Training starts on 1 August.

• 3 qualifications in 3 years: you combine the retail sales apprenticeship with the Certified Retail Business Manager (IHK) training and also earn the AdA certificate under AEVO
• During practical phases in the store you get to know the business from the ground up
• Stocking and presenting goods, ordering and checkout work
• Leadership training so you can soon run your own shift
• Attending training courses and seminars and earning the IHK trainer certificate
• Theory phases in block classes at an external training center (Lidl covers any travel/accommodation costs)

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (theoretical and practical parts completed)
