What You'll Learn
- 3 qualifications in 3 years: With our high school graduate program you combine the apprenticeship 'Retail Salesperson' with the further education 'Certified Retail Specialist IHK' and additionally obtain the 'AdA Certificate' according to AEVO – your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future
- During practical phases in the store you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness
- Whether stocking and presenting goods, scheduling or cashiering: You pitch in and are fully committed
- We also prepare you for staff leadership so that you can soon take over your first shift
- For further skill development you attend various trainings and seminars – and also acquire the IHK trainer certificate
- Theory phases take place in block instruction at an external education center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical college entrance qualification (completed theoretical and practical part)
- Committed work ethic and desire for the dynamic world of retail
- Enthusiasm, determination and high willingness to take responsibility
- Team spirit and enjoyment of moving things forward together
- Reliability and time flexibility within your store's opening hours
