During practical phases in the store you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness, and cleanliness. Whether stocking and presenting goods, disposition, or cashiering: You pitch in with full commitment. Moreover, we prepare you for staff leadership so you can soon take over your first shift. For further skill development you attend various trainings and seminars – and also acquire the IHK trainer certificate. Theoretical phases take place in block instruction at an external education center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl).
