Abitur Programme in Sales including Retail Management Specialist 2027

Abitur programme at Lidl starting on 1 August. The programme combines an apprenticeship as a Retail Salesperson with further training as a Certified Retail Management Specialist and the AEVO trainer certificate.

Learning the store business during practical phases, including quality, freshness, and cleanliness; replenishing and presenting merchandise; handling stock planning and checkout duties; learning staff management and soon taking responsibility for an individual shift; attending training sessions and seminars and obtaining the IHK trainer certificate; completing theory phases in block instruction at an external education centre.
