• Your Tasks
• In your 3-year apprenticeship, you will learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness, and cleanliness
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking, or operating the checkout: you pitch in and are fully committed
• You check incoming goods, support inventory work, and assist our customers with advice and action
• In the third year of apprenticeship, you learn how to create staff deployment plans and lead your first shift independently
• For further skill development, you participate in training sessions and exciting apprentice projects
